The following information is what we require in order to process a foreclosure request for an agent, realtor, or servicing company handling a bank owned property. That has just been taken over by the bank.

***A COPY OF A COMPLETED RECORD DEED OF TRUST****
***A COPY OF CONTRACT OR POWER OF ATTORNEY STATING THAT YOUR COMPANY IS REPRESENTING THE BANK.***
***A $250.00 PROCESSING FEE WHICH IS CHARGED FOR PAPERWORK AND NAME CHANGE.***

Once we receive all items we will be able to process your request within reasonable time. If the fee cannot be paid for upfront of processing we can add it to the balance upon request. Please note per our company guidelines it is in the best interest of our clients to protect their privacy and we will not release information without all correct documentation.
