The Paul Miller Company is located at 272 Church Avenue, Suite 4, Chula Vista, CA 91910. We are primarily engaged in the management, leasing and brokerage of residential and commercial properties. Our management services began in 1971. Presently, we manage in excess of 3,500 units that relate to homeowner association units, apartment buildings, medical buildings, general office buildings, shopping centers, and single family units. Our staff consists of fifteen members. For quality control purposes, we have engaged the services of an independent, leading CPA firm to perform monthly audits on our Rental Property Trust Account.
Other support services provided are: property tax appeal services, expert testimony for litigation, tenant improvement administration, retrofitting and general real estate brokerage and consultation. Our primary marketing focus is in the South/Downtown San Diego area. Most apartment complexes under our management are located in Chula Vista, Bonita, National City, Imperial Beach and San Diego proper. Commercial properties are located in Chula Vista, San Diego and National City. Homeowner association managed properties are located in Chula Vista, South San Diego, Bonita and Imperial Beach.
The principal Chief Operating Officer is Jack Kuta, a Certified Property Manager. The Paul Miller Company is a member of the Pacific Southwest Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, IREM, California Association of Community Managers and the San Diego Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. Our firm takes a great deal of pride in meeting the timely request needs of our clients and tenants. We have a strong commitment to principles of ethics and professionalism with regard to the management and overseeing of properties we supervise.
Currently, no litigation claims exist against our firm. Our general practice is to routinely consult with legal counsel to facilitate practices that minimize risk of litigation. Affirmative cash control measures and competitive bidding practices play an important part of our operating philosophy.
